Luckily, there isn't much to do in terms of care and feeding if you've
set up the cache reaper in cron to do it's job. The one main thing
that you will probably want to do is to roll the logfiles.
With SkunkWeb, this is relatively simple. First you rename the existing
log files, then restart SkunkWeb. That's it.
