CONNECTION exists in all of them (in toplevel) in the global
namespace. URL (GET and POST) arguments show up in
CONNECTION.args. Can import SkunkWeb API modules (might be
services). Can be components (regular and data), cacheable, etc.
Component args show up in global namespace.
