It is recommended that the SkunkWeb server run as the same user that
the Apache server runs as. Historically, we have created a user named
apache, with a home group named http, for both
Apache and SkunkWeb to run under. The Skunk software installation will
create many directories and files owned by the user/group you choose
during the installation; we recommend that you create the user apache
and group http before starting the Skunk installation, so that the
Skunk installer can use apache:http to set ownership of the files it
installs.
